The Product Performance dashboard helps merchants analyze product-level performance across sales, quantity sold, refunds, pricing, and country-level demand. Use this dashboard to identify best-selling products, understand product contribution by destination country, investigate refund behavior, and support merchandising, trading, pricing, and assortment decisions.
The dashboard is based on approved orders and uses product-level sales data.
The dashboard includes the following main areas, each discussed in greater detail in its own section:
Filters Panel
The following figure shows the Filters panel:
Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to refine the data displayed across all charts and the dynamic table.
The latest available data update date appears in the dashboard header.
Top Sellers
The following figure shows the Top Sellers chart:
The Top Sellers section highlights the products that generate the highest sales and the products with the highest quantity sold. Use it to identify the strongest products in the selected period and market.
Net Sales
The Net Sales view displays the top products by sales value. Monetary values follow the selected currency: USD or merchant currency. Hovering over a product can show its share of total net sales.
Quantity
The Quantity view displays the top products by number of items sold. Hovering over a product can show its share of total items sold.
Net Sales vs. Quantity
The Net Sales vs. Quantity view compares product sales value with units sold. Use this view to identify products that sell in high volume, products that drive high revenue, and products that perform strongly across both measures.
Top Refunds
The following figure shows the Top Refunds chart:
The Top Refunds section helps merchants identify the products generating the most refunds. This can support product quality reviews, sizing analysis, assortment decisions, and customer experience improvements.
Refund Amount
The Refund Amount view displays the top products by total refunded value. Refund Amount can be analyzed in USD or merchant currency, depending on the selected currency. The gray bars represent the total Refund Amount, while the orange dots indicate the Refund Amount Rate (Refund Amount divided by Net Sales). Hover over a product to view both metrics.
Refund Quantity
The Refund Quantity view displays the top products by number of refunded items. The gray bars represent the # of Refunded Items, while the orange dots indicate the Refund Quantity Rate (# of Refunded Items divided by # of Items Sold). Hover over a product to view both metrics.
Net Sales vs. Refunds
The Net Sales vs. Refunds view highlights the relationship between product Net Sales and Refund Rate. Use this view to identify high-selling products that may require attention due to higher refund rates.
The following figure shows the Performance by Destination Country chart:
The Performance by Destination Country section shows product performance across destination markets. Use this section to understand which countries drive demand for specific products based on Net Sales and # of Items Sold.
Selecting a specific country filters the dashboard and enables analysis of the products that perform best in that destination market.
Net Sales
The Net Sales view displays the top destination countries by product net sales. Monetary values follow the selected currency: USD or merchant currency.
Quantity
The Quantity view displays the top destination countries by number of items sold.
The following figure shows the Performance Over Time charts:
The Performance Over Time section provides insights into product performance trends across the selected time dimension. Available metrics include Net Sales, Items Sold, and Average Sale Price. The Cross-Metrics view enables side-by-side comparison of multiple metrics.
Available time views may include:
- Date
- Year - Month
- Quarter
- Day of week
Use this section to understand how product performance changes over time within the selected period.
Chart Exploration Table
The Chart Exploration table provides flexible product-level analysis. Merchants can customize the table by selecting dimensions and measures from the Chart exploration panel.
By default, the table includes products performance metrics such as:
- Product Name
- Net Sales
- Net Sales Share
